We thrive on challenges and seek individuals ready to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and review the daily schedule established by the Supervisor, ensuring efficient task execution and adjusting for unforeseen events; Guide and train employees on operational procedures and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards; Maintain constant communication with the sales department, providing accurate information regarding order dispatches to align departments and meet deadlines; Request necessary materials and resources from the warehouse for departmental activities, monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages; Support and assist in various departmental activities, offering help whenever needed to ensure workflow continuity and operational efficiency; Lead the departmental team, fostering a collaborative work environment, developing employees' potential, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and team engagement; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical and Behavioral Competencies: Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Knowledge of the SISPLAN system; Knowledge of logistics; Experience in the Textile Industry.
