Job Summary: Pikolin Mattresses is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Assistant to provide technical support for operations, assisting with data control, technical specifications, and production/development processes. Preparation and updating of detailed technical specifications **Pikolin Mattresses** is looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Assistant** to join our team in Guaramirim. This role is essential for providing technical support to our operations, responsible for assisting in data control, organizing technical specifications, and directly supporting production and development processes. This is a **full-time position requiring on-site presence**. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring and preparing product, layout, and production flow projects under management guidance; * Register materials (raw materials and office supplies), finished goods, and semi-finished goods in the ERP system; * Support material consumption calculations and bill-of-materials (BOM) preparation in the system for costing purposes; * Prepare and update detailed technical specifications (including photos and measurements), as well as organize schematic drawings and label registrations; * Assist in registering production routings, operations, and machine groups, supporting process time collection; * Support product audits on the production line to verify compliance with Technical Specifications (TS) and ensure adherence to regulations and technical requirements for mattresses. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree * Proficiency in **Excel**; * **Preferred:** Experience in the mattress industry or upholstered furniture manufacturing; If you are seeking an exciting challenge at a growing company and wish to join a dedicated and supportive team, **apply for this position**!
