Maintain constant attention to departmental instructions and standards *We are seeking a Cutting Assistant to work in the cutting department, supporting production routines with a focus on quality and attention to detail.* **Main Responsibilities:** Assist the spreading operator at the cutting table; Stretch and align fabric layers correctly; Support fabric preparation for cutting, ensuring standardization; Identify and remove fabric defects; Ensure material and process quality; Prevent fabric waste during operations; Maintain constant attention to departmental instructions and standards. **Requirements and Competencies:** Experience in the textile industry (preferred); Attendance and punctuality; Organization and attention to detail; Proactive and agile profile; Commitment to quality; Ability to learn and follow instructions; Responsibility and care in handling materials.
