TELECOMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT Responsible for providing necessary support to ensure smooth operation of information and service flows, as well as fostering positive relationships with BBM’s customers and service providers, contributing to monitoring whether the service delivered to customers complies with agreements between BBM and its customers regarding timing, costs, service quality, and information flow. Responsibilities \- Conduct follow-up and tracking of ongoing proposals; \- Update CRM tool; \- Monitor contracts, focusing on stipulated deadlines, expiration dates, renewal dates, and adjustments; \- Calculate contract adjustments and monitor their implementation; \- Register customers and tariffs; \- Manage commercial documents and BBM’s registration records for tenders and customers; \- Register freight rate tables in the system; \- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and strictly comply with all applicable Compliance requirements, in accordance with current laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies; \- Commitment to meeting requirements of reference quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ.
