Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting time studies on production operations, identifying improvements, and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Production process optimization 2. Collaboration on optimization projects * Conduct time studies on production operations using stopwatch timing and video recording; * Record cycle times, accounting for variations, frequencies, and operational rhythms; * Evaluate effective, non-productive, and allowance times; * Observe operators at their workstations to assess movements, posture, and techniques used; * Document the current operational method; * Identify waste and potential process improvements; * Record and maintain an updated time database per operation, product, and team; * Provide chronometric analysis data to relevant departments; * Measure operational and production efficiency; * Collaborate on line balancing and task distribution; * Participate in optimization projects (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing); * Propose adjustments to methods, tools, and workflows; * Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and reports on timing study results. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, business hours Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or Technical degree in Textile Production, Apparel Production, Industrial Processes, or related field; * Technical knowledge: Industrial time study, fundamentals of industrial processes, layout, methods, and workflow. * Preferred qualification: Specialized course in Chronometric Analysis.
