Contact customers via phone calls, e\-mails, and WhatsApp to resolve issues and obtain information about goods, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. Education: Completed high school or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration or Logistics. Skills: Customer service and telephone support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong writing ability, pro\-activity, and good teamwork skills.
