Job Summary: Pikolin Mattresses is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst with expertise in Datasul for closing routines, asset management, and ancillary obligations in Guaramirim/SC. Key Highlights: 1. Critical thinking to propose process improvements Pikolin Mattresses is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Accounting Analyst with in-depth knowledge of the Datasul (Totvs) system to join our team in Guaramirim/SC. The professional will be responsible for the entire accounting closing routine, asset management, cost control, and compliance with ancillary obligations, ensuring the integrity and conformity of the company's financial information. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence (in-person). **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform complete monthly and annual accounting closing, including generation and validation of average cost 1 and 2 in Datasul. * Execute detailed accounting, tax, and financial reconciliations. * Configuration and maintenance of accounting and tax parameters; setup of accounting accounts and cost centers. * Proficiency in integration among modules (Finance, Tax, and Inventory). * Management and operation of the Fixed Assets/Depreciation module (Datasul), including classification of Fixed Assets. * Analysis of income statement accounts by cost center. * Control of amortization of prepaid expenses and judicial deposits. * Preparation and submission of Ancillary Obligations (ECF, ECD, IBGE). * Payroll closing and verification. * Support and preparation of reports for audits. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in accounting routines, with focus on closing. * Proficiency in Datasul ERP (Totvs) parameters, integrations, and routines. * Experience with the Fixed Assets/Depreciation module. * Preferred: Experience in medium- or large-sized industrial companies. * Behavioral Competencies * Analytical ability and strong attention to detail. * Exemplary organization and strict adherence to deadlines. * Critical thinking to propose improvements in accounting and system processes.
