Job Summary: Professional responsible for cutting, finishing, drilling, tapping, and cleaning metal parts, with emphasis on safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cutting and finishing on metal parts 2. Keep the workstation clean and organized 3. Assist in material sorting and organization **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cutting of metal sheets and tubes using band saws or manual tools; * Carry out manual sanding to remove burrs and prepare parts for welding or painting; * Conduct drilling and tapping using bench drills, screwdrivers, and manual tools; * Apply cleaning agents and decapping gel to welded joints, as instructed; * Assist in sorting and organizing materials and parts according to work orders; * Verify dimensions (tape measure, caliper) and identify any visual deviations in parts; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with safety and quality standards; * Properly use required PPE and follow technical leadership instructions. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in boiler-making, metallurgy, or industrial finishing; * Ability to read technical drawings and familiarity with measuring instruments; * Knowledge of manual tools and cutting/drilling equipment; * Attention to detail, discipline, willingness to learn, and adherence to operational standards.
