With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, restocking, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the Grocery Department's sales targets by stocking, restocking, and organizing products on shelves, islands, and checkout stands; ensuring correct pricing; and adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction by appropriately storing products on shelves, islands, checkout stands, and in the warehouse; organizing, sanitizing, and cleaning the department; verifying expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principle; and following procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Rua General Osório, 1490, Velha neighborhood, Blumenau, SC, CEP 89\.041\-000 **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 12:10 PM to 1:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for Persons with Disabilities (PCD)
