Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the tank painting process, performing support activities and visual inspection of parts. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the tank painting process 2. Opportunity for professional development within a global company Responsible for participating in the tank process, performing painting assistance activities and other similar tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify the tank(s) to be painted and their components on the operation note. Verify the painting scheme and paints listed in the grouped material list. Check the tank(s) serial number(s) against the operation note. Inspect tanks and/or components to be painted, removing weld spatter, dust, and steel grit. Seal lateral openings of the tank with tape and protect threaded connections. Apply paint with brush or roller in areas inaccessible to spray guns, as per applicable standards. Visually inspect painted parts to identify locations where painting was not uniformly applied. Follow guidance from Level IV or V Painters regarding productivity and quality. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions related to assigned activities. Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to keep them in perfect working and operational condition.
