With over 34 years of market experience, we serve the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor fleet performance on a daily basis. * Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and conduct standards. * Monitor vehicle temperature and conditions. * Conduct checklists and verify documentation and safety requirements. * Serve as the liaison between freight carriers, assistants, and operations. * Manage legal deadlines (vehicle licensing, driver’s license, ANTT regulations, insurance). * Monitor KPIs and develop action plans. * Guide and engage freight carriers according to company standards. * Identify route, maintenance, and operational efficiency improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience in this role. * Must reside nearby or have reliable transportation to the company: **Address**: Rod.
