Involvement in essential freight forwarder routines **Join the MID TRANSPORTES Team!** *We seek engaged, organized, and attentive professionals.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience issuing CTEs, cargo manifests, and delivery lists; * Experience with freight forwarder routines is desirable; * Availability to work overtime. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cash closing; * Receive invoices and issue CTEs and labels; * Issue subcontracting agreements for partners; * Issue cargo manifests and delivery lists; * Monitor pallet dispatches; * Receive and verify manifests; * Perform write-offs; * Issue freight letters; * Conduct shipment tracking; * Request checklists from risk management; * Register drivers and vehicles for trips with insurance companies and follow up, handling mirror registration procedures. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * On-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 30.00 per day; * Uniform; * Group life insurance; * SEST SENAT agreement (Dentistry / Nutrition / Physical Therapy / Psychology); * Pharmacy agreement (after 90 days of probation). **Salary:** * To be negotiated.
