With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for verifying, investigating, controlling, and preventing losses by implementing preventive, proactive, and/or corrective practices and procedures, as well as identifying ways to improve processes used across various company departments for product handling and preservation—applying strategies aimed at reducing breakage and deviation rates. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure loss prevention actions at the FLV Distribution Center by implementing preventive and/or corrective practices and procedures; guide employees from various departments on the correct methods of product handling and preservation, adhering to pre\-established rules and standards; Develop, implement, and monitor product exchange, breakage, and resource waste metrics, and propose actions to reduce them; Conduct audits in the picking and shipping departments and update control spreadsheets with appropriate information; Perform daily inventories, reconcile balance discrepancies, investigate causes of balance errors, record results in designated spreadsheets, and generate required reports; Participate periodically in inventories and ensure data accuracy; Assist the billing department in inbound processes and issuance of invoices whenever necessary; Monitor and oversee operational processes across departments, verifying cleanliness, organization, proper use of materials, and work procedures; Analyze and respond to police reports (BOs), guiding stores on this process whenever necessary; Provide training and guidance to the team whenever necessary; Ensure proper use and maintain an organized workplace and equipment; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements Prior experience in the field **Desired academic background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields) **Specific knowledge:** Storage and auditing techniques; tax legislation and cost analysis; basic understanding of retail operations and products sold; **Computer skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Additional information:** On-site position only **Work location:** Avenida das Comunidades 995, Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working hours:** Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM–11:30 AM and 1:30 PM–4:00 PM; Saturday: 6:00 AM–10:00 AM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Discount Program (partner stores) Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
