Job Summary: The LIVE! team is seeking a dynamic and committed E-commerce Customer Service Assistant to serve customers and provide support, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of E\-commerce Customer Service Assistant in our company. Requirements: Proactivity and strong communication skills; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. Responsibilities: * Respond to customers via WhatsApp, email, online forms, and telephone; * Provide support to physical stores by answering customer order-related inquiries; * Open and track service tickets; * Maintain a proactive interface with other departments to escalate and monitor resolution progress; * Categorize service requests for reporting purposes; * Conclude interactions aiming for customer satisfaction; * Forward potential technical issues to Operational Technical Support; * Apply critical thinking to guide and resolve reported issues, delivering an optimal customer experience; * Identify and report to leadership customer service insights and opportunities for process or product improvement; * Achieve pre-established performance targets; **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior customer service experience and familiarity with telephone and WhatsApp support channels would be advantageous.
