Key responsibilities include receiving and inspecting returned parts, registering warranty requests in the system, monitoring refund and credit processes, and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers to clarify doubts and resolve pending issues. The role also involves organizing documents, tracking deadlines, and contributing to departmental efficiency. Provide customer service in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone; Inspect parts; Replace parts for customers upon confirmation of defects or for parts with recurring issues; Process conditional part replacements; Transfer items to the warranty inventory; Contact suppliers along with the invoice copy; Submit warranty requests via the website to initiate warranty claims; Issue return or warranty shipment notes; Package parts and coordinate dispatch with the warehouse for shipping via courier; Perform other tasks as occasionally requested; Apply safety and environmental preservation procedures; Maintain ethical conduct and professionalism when handling information; Keep the workplace clean and organized.
