Manage leaves of absence, alimony pensions, and benefits Today, Segala's is among the leading Brazilian distributors of frozen food products, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and configure the Senior system (Ronda), ensuring compliance with business rules * Automate processes and validate the complete payroll cycle, including labor charges and eSocial * Verify termination settlements, vacation calculations, electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and overtime * Manage leaves of absence, alimony pensions, and benefits, ensuring proper accounting integration * Responsible for data entered into the Syync platform **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience in HR Desirable Technical Requirements: * Proficiency in the Senior system (Rubi and Ronda) * Solid experience in HR department routines * Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge **Additional Information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or meal voucher of R$ 57.00 per workday * Social Card Vida (available 90 days after hiring) * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee) * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee) Segala’s ranks among Brazil’s top frozen food distributors, operating as a specialized distributor serving the Food Service and Retail segments.
