Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and be part of a team that values innovation. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct initial outreach and lead qualification, both through proactive prospecting (cold calls, email, WhatsApp) and inbound leads. Present the company's value proposition and forward qualified opportunities to the Sales team. Qualify leads according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Maintain updated CRM records and generate management reports. Conduct market research to identify new customers and understand competitors. Clarify questions regarding our products and platforms. Provide administrative support to the sales team. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: High School Diploma completed. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales or telesales. Preferred Qualification: Prior experience with SaaS companies. Location: Must reside in Blumenau, SC. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Employment Type: CLT. Compensation: Base Salary \+ Variable Pay \+ Cost Allowance. On-site work.
