As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for operationalizing campaigns across digital channels and supporting the Marketing team with intelligent analyses, consistent dashboards, and actionable insights that truly drive business growth. It is a strategic role offering space to create, test, learn, and evolve. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create, configure, and monitor campaigns across digital channels (Meta, Google, and LinkedIn). * Monitor results, budget allocation, and provide clear interpretations of campaign and channel performance. * Identify optimization opportunities within our strategies. * Connect data to decision-making alongside Media, Content, and Product teams. Requirements: * Experience managing paid media campaigns. * Funnel and conversion analysis. * Interpretation of digital marketing metrics. * Planning and execution of A/B tests. * Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager). * Campaign tracking (UTMs and parameters). * Interpretation of strategic KPIs (CPL, CPO, CAC). * Preferred knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM systems.
