We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team. Manage inventory and ensure product restocking. Serve customers, resolve requests, and guarantee high-quality service. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Analyze internal processes and propose operational improvements. Ensure achievement of established sales targets. Report results, KPIs, and needs to regional management. Register sales in the system. Perform cash register opening, reconciliation, and closing. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
