We recognize talent, invest in training, and encourage internal promotions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the customer portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service; Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for retention and growth of the customer base; Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance; Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending items; Identify and offer the best solutions according to customers' needs; Provide proactive and responsive service, monitoring the entire commercial process and ensuring efficient follow\-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school (a college degree is a plus); Experience in sales, preferably inside sales; Knowledge of electrical materials sales; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Meal Voucher and/or On-site Food, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance, Gympass (Wellhub), Profit Sharing (PLR).
