Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Analyst with strong market awareness in the fashion industry to manage request workflows and optimize processes within our Image Production team. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the central channel for marketing requests. 2. Organize and monitor deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects. 3. Manage demand management and task automation tools. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be: * Serve as the central hub for the Marketing department, managing and organizing content, imagery, and design requests originating from multiple areas (CRM, E\-commerce, Media, Social, PR, Trade, Channels, Styling, Studio, and Commercial); * Receive, analyze, and actively refine incoming requests—challenging incomplete submissions and requesting corrections before they enter the creative team’s development pipeline; * Organize and monitor deadline compliance across multiple simultaneous projects (ranging from campaigns, social media, and PR to label production, sample photography, photo shoots, media, and CRM); * Administer the department’s demand management tools to ensure workflow automation, delivery predictability, and transparency regarding task progress; * Prioritize and organize requests based on actual business-channel needs and relative importance, preventing disruptions to the design and content teams. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in client service and demand validation (projects or traffic); * Familiarity with digital project management and task automation tools (e.g., Trello, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar); * Hands-on experience across marketing production stages and processes (graphic design workflow, content production, photography/studio, and digital media); * Preferred: Experience working at advertising agencies or in-house creative teams.
