Handling customers in complex situations Position: Manager — Blumenau/SC Large-scale company Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (only) Responsibilities: Overall branch and team management (mechanics, sales staff, and customer service representatives) Ensuring service quality Inventory control and financial performance monitoring Handling customers in more complex situations Monitoring sales targets and customer satisfaction Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: R$ 3.000,00 Commission based on revenue (up to R$ 8.000,00) Transportation allowance Health insurance Minimum Education: Elementary school (1st level) * Health insurance * Transportation allowance * Commission
