JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-desk cashier activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving operations, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily serving customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in customer service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions.
