Job Summary: A professional providing on-site technical support, installing and maintaining time and attendance and access control equipment to ensure service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized on-site technical support 2. Installation and maintenance of time and attendance and access control equipment 3. Technical guidance and support for customers **Location:** Tribess Neighborhood, Blumenau **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM \- 1-hour break **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support to customers with qualified assistance; * Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of time and attendance and access control equipment; * Ensure proper operation of systems and devices, maintaining service quality; * Guide customers on appropriate equipment usage and resolve technical questions. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or ongoing/complete technical education in Electrotechnology or related fields. * Experience in electrical/electronic support * Equipment maintenance skills * Knowledge of computer science * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Driver's License Category B \- driving experience Benefits: * Transportation Allowance * Commission
