Job Summary: Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning internship focused on technical support, construction site monitoring, planning and control, and safety management support. Support in safety and environmental management Description: * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Communication skills; * Capacity for innovation; * Willingness to grow and learn. 1\) Technical and Administrative Support Assist in filling out and updating control spreadsheets (costs, measurements, schedules, etc.); Assist in organizing technical and administrative documents for the construction site; Support in issuing weekly physical and financial progress reports; Assist in controlling and archiving photographic records of the construction site; Assist in recording and tracking workforce, equipment, and material entries; Entering invoices. 2\) Construction and Project Monitoring Daily monitoring of work fronts alongside supervisors and foremen; Support in supervising execution according to designs and technical specifications; Assist in verifying measurements and checking quantities of materials and services; Assist in quality and safety control of execution processes; Support in gathering information for design revisions and updates. 3\) Planning and Control Support in developing and updating physical and financial schedules; Monitoring deadlines and execution targets; Support in productivity analysis and performance indicator collection; Data entry. 4\) Reporting and Communication Assist in preparing technical and photographic progress reports; Support in preparing presentations and alignment meetings; Interface with suppliers and internal teams for data collection and technical clarifications. 5\) Safety and Environmental Management Support Support in reviewing safety documentation (NRs, PPE forms, PGR, etc.); Monitor safety inspections and environmental checks; Participate in DDS meetings and awareness campaigns. 2512100202181911799
