Provide technical support, optimize costs, and ensure safety standards. **Description** **The Opportunity:** This position is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, modifying, analyzing, and optimizing medium-complexity electrical projects, panel/switchgear control and protection diagrams for transformers—including manufacturing specifications—to meet the company’s technical requests and modifications to products, enabling efficient, economical implementation in accordance with contractual specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This is a 100% on-site role in Blumenau. **How You Will Make an Impact:** 1\. Execute and develop electrical projects—or parts thereof—control, monitoring, and protection diagrams for manufacturing, subcomponent or equipment specifications, via drawings and sketches, calculations of dimensions, capacity, mass, volume, etc., using CAD workstations/applications and E3, providing necessary adjustments and optimizations. 2\. Act as a technical drawing specialist or consultant by reviewing, reading, and interpreting standards and technical specifications, as well as other complete project documentation for compliance and quality assurance; generate detailed material lists (including bolts, washers, and other transformer components), adhering to required specifications, departmental procedures, and company standards. 3\. Provide technical support to contract management personnel regarding claims, new scope-of-work changes (projects), cost impact, schedule impact, risk quantification, etc., guided by department management and/or senior engineers, clarifying doubts and offering cost-effective, high-quality alternatives and solutions aligned with customer requirements, budget forecasts, and contractual terms—while ensuring adherence to safety standards and mitigation of potential risks. 4\. Study project operational requirements based on layouts, sketches, and technical needs to optimize costs, perform technical calculations to substantiate work, provide technical support to departments, monitor assemblies, clarify mechanical technical drawings, and address other support demands. 5\. Develop execution plans by defining methods and processes, aligning with project activity scheduling—including changes and revisions—to help meet customer-agreed demands, characteristics, and deadlines, delivering necessary information to ensure required mechanical quality and productivity standards. 6\. Occasionally liaise with suppliers and service providers to evaluate quotations and delivery timelines, conduct technical site visits and inspections, certify or recommend third-party purchases or contracts, and interact with customers to deliver technical assistance—including guidance, repairs, adjustments, and adaptations. 7\. Provide technical assistance to customers and production teams, clarifying technical queries or guiding service development, meticulously preparing designs and CAD models for production, incorporating lessons learned across various models, materials, and suppliers, analyzing and mitigating risks, monitoring assembly and functional testing of products, and updating material lists until finalization of drawings—thus achieving high-quality drawings and models. 8\. Support other business areas (Procurement, Planning, Operations) by organizing technical lists and item master data in the company’s enterprise resource planning system, SAP. 9\. Comply with the Corporate Safety Master Plan and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) during factory activities. 10\.
