Here, recruitment is strategic: data, relationships, and employer branding go hand in hand. * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (alignment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing). * Map talent across various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, etc.). * Ensure a seamless and humanized candidate experience. * Support managers in defining job profiles and making hiring decisions. * Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics. * Contribute to employer branding initiatives. * Keep the ATS and reports consistently up to date. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements** * Prior experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional in corporate or consulting environments. * Experience recruiting for mid- to high-complexity roles. * Proficiency in resume screening, competency-based interviews, and aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers. * Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar). * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on relationship-building and negotiation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in fast-growing companies (scale-ups, tech, services). * Knowledge of recruitment metrics and talent funnel management. * **English or another language for interacting with international candidates.**
