




Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, monitoring of security systems, access control, and technical support in both remote and on-site environments. Key Highlights: 1. Incident management and customer registration Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via e\-mail, telephone, and WhatsApp; * Input and submit updated spreadsheet and report data; * Remotely manage gatehouse operations via intercom systems; * Respond to alarm events and panic system alerts; * Monitor CCTV footage using various software platforms and record incidents; * Control personnel entry and exit through access control systems; * Perform updates and new registrations in access control software for employees and visitors; * Monitor client equipment operation, open and track service tickets, and validate functionality; * Support on-site technical teams operating at client locations; * Create new customer registrations in the Service Desk tool; * Monitor incident resolution processes and ensure proper documentation per protocol requirements. **Requirements:** * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00\) * Completed high school education; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CCTV monitoring; * Residing near the location or having personal transportation.
