In Customer Success, we help them reinvent how these professionals work; our team of specialists brings together information, innovation, and insight to uncover pain points in the dental and aesthetic markets, driving profitability to clinics! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage a portfolio of clients (healthcare professionals) during the platform implementation phase—their first steps; * Manage the system implementation process with clients; * Support clients through various communication channels; * Implement the solution, adapting it to each client’s specific context; * Understand each client’s needs and present effective solutions; * Identify, report, and resolve process errors; * Respond promptly to requests, internally log them, and communicate with relevant stakeholders; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to guide processes and strategic meetings through negotiation; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in software implementation and/or management consulting; * Knowledge of practical administrative concepts is desirable; * Experience or knowledge in dentistry is desirable; * Education (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or Business Management. **Additional Information** What benefits will you receive as a Clinicorper under CLT employment?
