We seek a professional who goes beyond standard service: someone who transforms every interaction into delight and loyalty. **Main Responsibilities**: * Lead customer onboarding after sale * Handle customer service (SAC) with focus on agile and humanized resolution * Monitor satisfaction metrics (NPS and CSAT) * Map recurring issues and propose process improvements * Standardize workflows and customer communication * Interface with internal departments to ensure optimal customer experience **Requirements**: * Customer service experience (preferably B2C) * Experience with CX, NPS, or satisfaction metrics * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and solution-oriented attitude * Analytical mindset and process orientation * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **100% in-person position – Blumenau/SC** Employment Type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.963,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: In-person
