Requirements and job responsibilities: Conduct phone-based interactions to answer customer inquiries and provide prompt solutions; during calls, guide customers step-by-step through problem resolution. We require that you: • Be at least 18 years old; • Have completed high school; • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. No prior experience is required for this position; however, previous experience in any of the following roles will be considered an advantage: Telemarketing operator, Telemarketing agent, Customer service representative, Receptionist, Customer service agent, Call center operator, Call center agent, Consultant, Collections agent, Inbound customer service agent, Outbound customer service agent, Sales representative, Customer support. This position is also open to entry-level candidates.
