The ideal candidate must be focused, responsible, and skilled at handling high-value raw materials—such as copper and aluminum—with full care and precision. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a motor winder or operating semi-automatic machines **(desirable but not mandatory).** * High level of concentration and attention to detail. * Responsibility in handling materials such as copper and aluminum. * Ability to follow technical procedures and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Operating semi-automatic machines for motor winding. * Precise and careful handling of high-value materials, such as copper and aluminum. * Performing adjustments and basic machine maintenance. * Ensuring the quality and standard of the final product. **We Offer:** * Salary: R$2\.100,00 * Benefits: On-site meals, shuttle service, medical assistance, dental assistance, life insurance, and attendance bonus. **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, in 1st and 2nd shifts (availability for both shifts required).** 1st Shift: 04:00 – 13:39, with 1-hour break 2nd Shift: 13:39 – 23:16, with 1-hour break Job Type: Temporary Compensation: R$2\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work on both the 1st and 2nd shifts?
