PILATES CERTIFICATION. **PROOF:** Required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by a recognized institution. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO (Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card corresponding to the Regional Council where the professional practices. (At the time of admission, a “no records” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **PROOF:** Experience documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be provided through one of the following: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlating to the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
