




Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing and assembling transformers and reactors, performing tasks including component assembly, brazing, and oven control, in compliance with quality and safety standards. Interpretation of standards and technical drawings Responsible for manufacturing and assembling transformers and reactors, performing tasks such as component assembly, tank closure, brazing, oven control, preparation of tanks, covers, and conservators, as well as disassembly and other related activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Verify the active part to be assembled on the production order, along with any assembly-related notes and other pertinent information. Assist in preparing the yoke closure by positioning devices and sorting laminations for assembly. Assist in compressing windings using a compression machine up to the specified height, meeting required criteria and specifications indicated on drawings. Assist in core closure, placement of spacers, crossbars, wooden shims, and tightening with screwdrivers and wrenches according to specifications, applying corresponding torque values. Assist in cable insulation using crepe paper, both manually and via machine, applying insulation per drawing specifications. Perform self-inspection for each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring instruments, recording results when necessary. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general guidelines regarding tasks to be performed.
