Fitting RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals, offering human resources management solutions to diverse organizations. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via WhatsApp, telephone, e\-mail, and social media. Monitor the entire after\-sales process and apartment customizations. Send notifications and updates to customers regarding construction milestones, deadlines, and progress. Organize and participate in events hosted by the real estate developer, ensuring excellent customer service. Support coordination and delivery of customized promotional gifts for special dates and strategic initiatives. Record and track customer inquiries, requests, and feedback. Liaise with engineering, finance, and sales departments to ensure accurate and timely responses. Contribute to general content management, maintaining alignment with brand standards and identity.
