Analyze recordings and provide detailed reports on suspicious or critical events. * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Remotely monitor CCTV equipment maintenance contracts to ensure continuous operation. * Training and Support: Train and guide staff on proper use of CCTV systems. Provide technical support and answer questions related to CCTV. * Project Management: Manage CCTV system installation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all CCTV-related activities, including maintenance, incidents, and updates. * Generate periodic reports for management. * Manage operational and support contracts for CCTV (cameras) at port facilities and corporate CCTV units. * Responsible for developing proof-of-concept implementations using CCTV cameras, VMS (video management systems), OCR, analytics, and sensing technologies. * Responsible for drafting descriptive specifications for procurement of CCTV systems, as well as for support and operations. * Responsible for designing IP-based CCTV solutions in collaboration with the infrastructure team for cabling. * Responsible for conducting equipment testing, homologation of new camera models and VMS. * National focal point for all CCTV-related topics. **What We Expect From You:** ---------------------------- * Proven experience with CCTV systems, Digifort VMS, and Avigilon VMS. * Ability to analyze and interpret CCTV images and recordings. * Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Willingness to travel when required – submission of travel expenses via debit note without surcharges for reimbursement to the vendor.
