Support in developing and monitoring occupational health and safety (OHS) programs **JOB POSITION:** OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN **Location:** Guaramirim/SC Ruptiva Intelligent Recruitment is managing the selection process for an industrial-sector company. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, during business hours **Compensation:** Please indicate your salary expectation About the Position We seek a professional with completed technical education in Occupational Safety and experience or practical knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). The role involves accident prevention activities, monitoring of Regulatory Standards, industrial environment inspections, employee guidance, and management of mandatory documentation in this area. **Responsibilities:** Identify and assess physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and accident-related risks in the workplace; Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Risk Assessment Program (PGR), the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and other mandatory OHS programs and documents; Conduct periodic inspections of machinery, equipment, facilities, and workstations; Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions; Guide and train employees on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices; Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards relevant to the company's operations; Prepare technical reports, inspection records, control logs, and other required documentation; Collaborate with the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and support internal prevention campaigns, training sessions, and initiatives. **Requirements:** Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety; Experience or practical knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS); Knowledge of Regulatory Standards; Industrial environment experience is considered an advantage; Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and collaborative attitude. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Medical assistance.
