Shall we build the future together? **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Contribute to creating manuals and procedures to clarify technical questions and issues; * Be responsible for proactive maintenance—both preventive and corrective—of IT equipment; * Provide customer support via multichannel service (in-person, phone, e\-mail, chat, etc.), ensuring the availability of IT solutions; * Ensure adherence to agreed-upon response and resolution timeframes for service requests; * Suggest improvements using new technologies and support third parties for specific services; * Ensure proper use of productivity tools, following Corporate IT Policies and IT Governance processes; * Manage IT assets—physical (hardware) and informational (software)—collaborating with other company departments to analyze and control inventories and configurations, proposing improvements and problem resolutions; * Assist in end-user solution validation, including testing and documentation of IT equipment, systems, and software. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this opportunity, the following are required:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems; * Knowledge and experience in Service Desk and technical support routines; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and adaptability; * Resilience, organization, and discipline; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Experience with conference room devices: webcams, audio systems, projectors; * Hands-on experience supporting and/or administering SAP platforms (ECC, HR, TDF, etc.) in mid-to-large-scale environments; * Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, and servers; * Understanding of Information Security concepts; * Asset Management and MDM. **Additional Information** Work Shifts: Shift 1 \- 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM Work Modality: On-site. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
