Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for inspecting equipment, performing part finishing, maintaining tools, participating in improvement projects, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for equipment inspection and maintenance 2. Performs finishing on parts according to quality standards 3. Participates in improvement projects and complies with safety regulations Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Rotary Arm and Monorail Operator Training Course * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) on equipment, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, ensuring the machine remains fully operational and preventing rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc apparatus to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), paying attention to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for tools under their charge, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in the execution of improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures, ensuring the physical integrity of employees. * Adhere to the organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2512050202181000010
