Job Summary: LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed CRM Analyst to manage sending schedules, analyze communication strategies, and monitor performance metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of insights for the area of operation LIVE! is looking for a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of CRM Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a related undergraduate degree — Communication, Engineering, Marketing. * Knowledge in the CRM field. **Responsibilities:** * Create sending schedules (e-mails, SMS, and WhatsApp); * Analyze strategies for event communications; * Develop dispatch timelines for events; * Monitor dispatches, performance, and timelines; * Assist in creating monthly reports; * Analyze results (individual sends and/or selected time periods); * Participate in alignment meetings. * Assist in developing training on CRM-Event routines * Monitor performance indicators; * Generate insights regarding their area of operation; * Support stores and activation teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM messaging platforms; Experience in areas such as: Marketing, Sales, Digital, or CRM. * LIVE! welcomes you with open arms.
