If you enjoy transforming strategy into action, connecting people and projects, and believe innovation is built daily, this opportunity may be for you. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Ensure adherence to project planning under your responsibility, connecting people, processes, and strategies; * Lead projects in a structured manner, defining priorities and ensuring alignment with business objectives; * Propose, balance, and monitor financial, human, and systemic resources required for each project; * Organize and conduct project monitoring, tracking, and reporting rituals; * Manage the project portfolio, monitoring timelines, scopes, risks, and outcomes; * Build partnerships with institutions and startups to accelerate strategic solutions and demands; * Support the dissemination of agile culture, innovation, continuous learning, and best practices in project management; * Act as a strategy enabler, bridging technical and executive areas. **Technical Profile:** * Experience in project and portfolio management; * Knowledge of project management tools; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Ability to structure, organize, and standardize processes, ensuring governance and predictability; * Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, schedule, resources, and risks; * Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders; * PMP certification will be considered an advantage. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. **Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset; * Strong results orientation and systemic business vision; * Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility in executing tasks; * Effective communication and influencing abilities; * Continuous improvement mindset, openness to innovation and new ideas; * Adaptability to dynamic environments with frequent changes; * Valuing teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning; * Genuine interest in acting as an agent for disseminating agile culture and innovation.
