The Logistics Leader is responsible for ensuring excellence in inventory management, data entry, receiving, storage, picking, and packing. This role ensures accuracy, operational fluidity, and integration among Production, PCP (Production Control and Planning), Maintenance, and Logistics. The Logistics Leader leads and develops the team, reinforcing operational discipline, safety, continuous improvement, and results orientation. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving key logistics performance indicators, implementing corrective actions, and standardizing processes.
