Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness PLASTIC INJECTION PRODUCTION ASSISTANT \- Indaial **Responsibilities:** Monitor the production process in the plastic injection department after parts exit the machine Conduct visual inspection of parts to ensure they meet quality standards Process produced parts according to departmental workflow Support general production demands Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness **Working Hours:** **1st Shift:** Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Saturdays: 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM **2nd Shift:** Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Requirements** Completed elementary education Minimum age of 18 years Availability to work rotating shifts Agile, committed profile with strong goal orientation Prior production experience preferred Benefits R$ 250.00 – Attendance bonus on Alelo card Meals provided at the company with R$ 2.92 deducted per meal Life insurance fully covered by the company Banked hours Profit-sharing program (PLR), up to 1.5 monthly salaries per year Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.270,00 per month Work Location: On-site
