Job Summary: A marketing professional responsible for creating audiovisual content, editing photos and videos, and managing content-related tasks in partnership with a digital agency. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in scriptwriting for property presentations 2. Capture and edit videos of properties and institutional content 3. Produce and edit high-quality photos for promotion * Collaborate with the marketing department on scriptwriting for property presentations; * Capture and edit videos of properties for sale, rental, and institutional content; * Produce and edit high-quality photos for promotion across various platforms; * Document company events; * Organize the work schedule and jointly manage content requests with the digital agency; * Update the image library in the company's CRM; * Develop creatives for Meta Ads campaigns and design assets for institutional content; * Request quotations and oversee the production of advertising materials with suppliers; * Manage and organize content pending approval with the digital media agency. **Working Hours** \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM / One Saturday per month (rotating schedule) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Neighborhood** \- Ponta Aguda \- Blumenau/SC Requirements: Required knowledge for the role: prior experience in video production, image capture, and editing. (Portfolio or previously produced materials for review are preferred, if available.) Education Level: Incomplete undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
