Grow with us! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertechSchroeder** **Responsibilities and Duties** As an Inspector, you will perform the following activities: * Inspect all products at the end of the production process, based on technical information provided, ensuring the quality of products released to customers; * Report occurrences of non-conformities promptly to responsible personnel so that necessary product protection actions can be taken before delivery to the customer; * Enter data related to occurrences and actions into the system according to established procedures, releasing products for shipment; * Participate in implementing containment and product improvement actions, in accordance with predefined guidelines and standards; * Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing internal rejection rates and customer-reported issues; * Master the use of non-destructive testing equipment, including Ultrasonic Testing, Hardness Testing, and Magnaflux; * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or internal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Metrology training; * LID training — Drawing Reading and Interpretation; * Prior experience in foundry and/or quality areas is desirable. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * **Shift 2** \- From 1:55 PM to 11:18 PM\. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
