RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Carry out administrative tasks reported by management. Execute warehouse processes and controls (tools, supplies, equipment, and materials), including receiving, organizing, and delivering items, as well as preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents. Manage material logistics among employees and construction sites, supporting procurement activities. Deliver PPEs to employees, manage related documentation, and maintain an organized inventory. Perform other duties pertinent to the position. Previous experience as Inventory Coordinator, Logistics Assistant, Procurement Analyst, or Warehouse Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
