Join **ReVive Assessoria**, a purpose-driven company that values creativity, strategy, and professional growth. **Your Responsibilities (Key Duties)** Plan and organize the social media content calendar; Create, adapt, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; Monitor metrics, engagement, and post performance; Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments; Support institutional, commercial, and internal campaigns; Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, and Sales teams; Ensure all content aligns with ReVive’s identity and core values **What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)** Strong written communication skills and creativity; Organizational ability and strategic content vision; Interest or experience in social media and digital marketing; Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business, etc.); Familiarity with analytics and engagement metrics; Teamwork skills; A degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields is a plus. **Position Details & Benefits** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Location:** On-site – Rua Joinville, 561 – Vila Nova, Blumenau/SC **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** CAJU meal allowance: BRL 36.90/day Transportation allowance Life insurance AMPE Benefits Card Ongoing training and capacity building Structured career development plan Welcoming work environment with birthday celebrations Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 2,200.00 – BRL 3,670.24 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
