Job Summary: The HR Analyst will work in the People and Management department, focusing on Recruitment and Selection, Onboarding, Internal Marketing, and Training, handling all routine departmental tasks. Focus on onboarding new employees and attracting talent. **Position:** HR Analyst **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; **Number of Positions:** 1 **Location:** Blumenau/SC **Role:** \- We have an opening in the People and Management department for an HR Analyst, responsible for Recruitment & Selection (R\&S), Onboarding, Internal Marketing, Training, and other routine HR department tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * Administer tests, group dynamics, and technical assessments when necessary; * Manage talent databases and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and diversity and inclusion policies; * Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate quality, conversion rate) and propose improvements; * Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and position profiles; * Conduct initial onboarding for new employees where applicable; * Participate in talent attraction events and employer branding strategies. **Requirements:** * Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of selection techniques and recruitment tools; * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Organizational and time management abilities; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Decision-making ability; * Team spirit and results orientation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 / 13:15 to 18:00 **Benefits:** Meal or Food Allowance of R$ 31.00 per day (R$ 680.00 per month) \+ Commuter Pass or Parking \+ Medical Plan after 3 months \+ Dental Plan after 3 months \+ Health Plan after 6 months \+ Day Off \+ SESC Benefits \- Discounts on gyms, courses, hotels, and restaurants \+ Training \+ Growth Opportunities.
