Responsibilities and Duties * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from aligning job profiles with managers to the offer stage; * Publish job openings across various channels and implement talent attraction strategies; * Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews; * Administer and analyze behavioral and/or technical assessments; * Prepare evaluation reports and support managers in decision-making; * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process; * Drive continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes; * Maintain relationships with partner institutions. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in recruitment and selection routines. * Solid knowledge of selection and hiring processes. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with the DISC assessment tool.
