This professional will provide support to production operations, monitoring processes from raw material\-preparation through finalization and product packaging, ensuring smooth workflow and team engagement. **Work Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday \- 2:12 PM to 11:14 PM.** **Responsibilities include:** * Supporting the supervisor by assisting with team and operational activity management. * Directly guiding the shop floor team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives. * Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and implementing development actions. * Organizing and monitoring daily activities, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. * Tracking process times and movements, identifying improvement opportunities. * Pursuing optimization and continuous improvement of production processes. * Engaging the team in established goals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. * Prioritizing and directing tasks according to operational needs.
